The second Transnational Project Meeting of the Innovation in Caregiver Support (ICS) project brought the consortium together in Cagliari, Sardinia, hosted by Diversamente ODV.
This meeting marked another important step in the development of the project, giving partners the opportunity to review the progress achieved so far, coordinate the next stages of implementation and continue shaping the tools and activities that will support informal caregivers of autistic people.
Throughout the meeting, partners discussed the ongoing project activities, exchanged feedback on the work already completed and worked together on the priorities for the months ahead. Particular attention was given to ensuring that the project’s outputs respond to the real needs of caregivers and contribute to improving their quality of life, autonomy and access to meaningful support.
The meeting also offered valuable space for knowledge exchange between organisations with different areas of expertise, strengthening cooperation across the consortium and helping to align the practical, educational and digital components of ICS.
Hosting the meeting in Cagliari also gave the partnership the opportunity to learn more about the work of Diversamente ODV, an organisation dedicated to improving the quality of life of autistic people and their families and actively involved in caregiver support and inclusion initiatives.
With new ideas, shared priorities and the next steps clearly defined, the consortium continues moving forward towards the development and piloting of innovative support solutions for caregivers.
